Hope Kids OT Named Telstra Best of Business State Finalist

Hope Kids OT is incredibly honoured to be recognised as a Victorian State Finalist in two categories of the 2025 Telstra Best of Business Awards – Championing Health and Outstanding Growth.

Out of more than 20,000 businesses across Australia, this recognition placed Hope Kids OT among Victoria’s leading organisations making an impact in health, innovation and community wellbeing.

Being recognised in the Championing Health category reflects the heart of who we are. Every day, our team helps children build confidence, independence and joy in the activities that matter most, from learning and play to friendships and family life. Over the past five years, we have delivered more than 36,000 therapy sessions and supported over 2,000 families to navigate challenges with compassion, expertise and hope. This recognition celebrates not just the therapy we provide, but the ripple effect of early intervention such as improved confidence at school, stronger family connections, and better long-term wellbeing outcomes for children across Victoria. Outstanding Growth: Strength with Purpose

Hope Kids OT was also recognised as a finalist in the Outstanding Growth category which is a reflection of our journey to build a sustainable, future-ready healthcare organisation. Since 2020, we have expanded to four purpose-built clinics, established an on-campus partnership with Kingswood College, and broadened our reach through community-based and home visit services. Our growth is guided by a clear mission, that is to create accessible, high-quality paediatric occupational therapy, to provide meaningful career pathways for clinicians, and to innovate through technology and leadership to meet the evolving needs of families. We believe true growth isn’t just about numbers; it’s about impact. Every expansion means shorter waitlists, greater access and more children receiving the early support they deserve.
