Individual Therapy
How Does Therapy Look Like?
We understand that every child is different, and our individual therapy sessions are a dedicated opportunity to provide focused attention and support. Our individual therapy sessions aim to enhance your child's skills in various areas, such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, social interactions and daily life activities. Our therapists work one-on-one with your child, tailoring therapy sessions to their specific goals, abilities and developmental stage.
Therapy Sessions
Our paediatric occupational therapy sessions are thoughtfully designed and include the use of a wide range of equipment and resources to provide holistic intervention for your child.
Each session is approximately 50 minutes in duration and is typically scheduled on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on your child's unique needs and goals.
Our goal is to ensure that every therapy session is a positive, constructive and an enjoyable experience for your child.
Customised Home Program & Resources
We create personalised sensory diets to help your child regulate their sensory needs. It includes a structured plan for sensory input and activities that promote self-regulation, improving your child's focus and emotional well-being.
We are able to develop individualised resources such as social stories or visual aids based on your child's needs and family lifestyle. These strategies empower your child to build essential skills, enhancing their independence and overall well-being.
We offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure that the customised resources provided are effectively implemented, resulting in meaningful progress for your child at home, in school and beyond.
